Need to express a serious concern or report something to us?

EduQual takes all possible steps to maintain standards and confidence in its qualifications. One of these essential steps is to help users make disclosures on any matters of concern regarding the standards of EduQual qualifications. Such disclosures are often made confidentially and the process of making them is referred to as Whistleblowing.

Whistleblowing is when an individual wants to raise a concern about wrongdoing or malpractice which affects/could affect the standard of an EduQual qualification, its assessment and its reputation.

Such an individual might be a learner or member of staff in an EduQual approved centre and typical examples of concerns that may be of public interest are:

  • Test /exam papers being available before they are due to be taken
  • Falsification of assessment/verification records
  • Fraudulent claims for certification which can include qualifications being bought without the coursework and assessments being properly completed

For further information, click the link to view our full Whistleblowing Policy or click here to open and complete our Whistleblowing Report form.

Once you have completed the form please send it as an email attachment to info@eduqual.org.uk where it will be reviewed immediately.

Confidentiality

We will treat all information as sensitively and confidentially as possible. We will always keep a whistleblower’s identity confidential unless required to do otherwise by law.
