Dr Monik Vasant (Academic Director)
Monik is a highly experienced clinician with a special interest in minimally invasive aesthetic dentistry. Monik carries out his work in Central London – the Freshdental Clinic and institute – and has trained under some of the world’s leading clinicians and academics in aesthetic dentistry.
Monik qualified from the University of Leeds, followed by completion of an MSc in Aesthetic & Restorative dentistry (Manchester). He is a member of the Royal College of Surgeons Faculty of General Dental Practitioners (GDP) and is Invisalign’s UK ambassador. Monik lectures globally on many aspects of minimally invasive aesthetic dentistry with a specific interest in adhesive and advanced restorative dentistry. He is a key opinion leader for several dental companies including Coltene, Invisalign, 3M, GC, Deppeler, and regularly appears in the UK media e.g. “GMTV” “This Morning”, “The One Show”, “ITN News” and “Gok’s Style secrets”. Monik has co-authored several dentistry books including his very own “Smile Art”.
