For those learners that have prior experience in Human Resource Management and who also possess a professional qualification, the pathway through this programme will develop their professional competence.

Progression
Holders of the EduQual Diploma in Human Resource Management (SCQF Level 11) may be considered (by UK Higher Education Institutions e.g. universities) for progression, with advanced standing (academic credit), onto master’s / MBA degree programmes.
