EduQual Certificate in Law (SCQF Level 7)
The EduQual Certificate in Law will provide a career path for Learners who wish to develop their core capabilities within the law sector. The Qualification will enable Learners to develop the transferable skills required by organisations globally.

The Scottish Credit and Qualifications Framework (SCQF) is the national qualifications framework for Scotland, with international recognition. As an SCQF Credit Rating Body (CRB), EduQual has credit-rated this qualification for the SCQF. See the SCQF Register for the full list of EduQual’s SCQF credit-rated qualifications.
There are no UK NOS that provide links to the knowledge covered in the EduQual Certificate (SCQF Level 7) in Law.
There are NOS relating to providing legal advice, but such practice is not specifically addressed by this Qualification.
Learners completing the EduQual Certificate in Law (SCQF Level 7) may be able to progress onto the EduQual Diploma in Law (SCQF Level 8).
The programme has been produced to conform to the requirements of UK regulatory authorities.

Progression
Holders of the EduQual Certificate in Law (SCQF Level 7) may be considered by EduQual Centres for progression onto the EduQual Diploma in Law (SCQF Level 8).
